Your Appointment: We kindly ask you to make appointments and cancellations by phone. Please consider that we can only accept appointments by pre-registration. Please make sure to keep your appointment on time, we try to keep the waiting period for all our patients as short as possible and rely on our clients to come in as settled. If you are a new client to our practice, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time for formalities - we thank you for that.
Any kind of animal emergency do have priority in our clinic, thank you for your understanding!
Your Cancellation: Cancellations needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise we might have to charge you with a fee for the reserved veterinary consultation.
Your Payment: Please consider that we accept cash or card payment (Maestro, Postcard, Visa, VPay, Mastercard, ApplePay, Twint) only for services provided.
Your Contact Information: We kindly ask you to always update us on your contact informations, to be able to reach you for any questions or in an emergency, thank you for your support.
