Your Appointment: We kindly ask you to make appointments and cancellations by phone. Please consider that we can only accept appointments by pre-registration. Please make sure to keep your appointment on time, we try to keep the waiting period for all our patients as short as possible and rely on our clients to come in as settled. If you are a new client to our practice, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow enough time for formalities - we thank you for that.
Any kind of animal emergency do have priority in our clinic (please notify us by phone) - Thank you for your understanding should there be any delays in our practice operations due to an emergency.
Appointment cancellation / No Shows: If you are unable to attend, please call our practice to cancel up to 24 hours in advance. Appointment cancellations that are not made up to 24 hours in advance and no-shows for agreed consultations or surgeries will be charged at the full consultation price or 50% of the expected surgery costs. We thank you for your understanding and prompt contact.
Your Payment: Please pay our veterinary services (treatments, surgeries, food and medication purchases) on-site either in cash or by card (Postcard, Visa, VPay, Mastercard, ApplePay, Twint). Due to increased administrative efforts and payment losses, we can no longer issue invoices. Invoicing (including a minimum fee of 7 CHF) will only occur in exceptional cases and upon agreement with the practice management. We thank you for your notice.
Your Contact Information: Please update your contact information regularly and notify us of any changes, so we can reach you at any time for inquiries or in an emergency. Your contact details are stored exclusively for internal purposes (customer data, medical records, vaccination reminders).
